Super project
At the end of 2020, a project was kicked off for plant optimization of the chilled water system and included air side optimization. The project touched many aspects of plant operation from new instrumentation, operator training to new optimization strategies to achieve the committed energy savings and Con Edison Rebates that made this a standout project. All projects have their challenges when you have multiple vendors and competing interests, but perseverance and leadership help make this a success.
